Madeleine Geoghegan

Madeleine was admitted in August 2023 and is the newest solicitor in our team.  Madeleine completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Social Science degree at  Western Sydney University and her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through the College of Law.

She has always aspired to be a family lawyer and has a particular interest in parenting matters and alternative dispute resolution.

Madeleine has previously volunteered with the Justice Advocacy Service, which supports people with an intellectual disability navigate the legal system.

Madeleine has been a valued part of Soden Legal since August 2021 and initially joined us as a Paralegal.  Throughout that time, Madeleine has shown her skills in family law and empathy to our clients.
