Sandra is our Principal Solicitor and is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law. She has been assisting families since her admission into practice in 2008. During this time she has worked with the women’s domestic violence court advocacy service, local women’s refuges, professional businesses and other community groups. Sandra has substantial experience in a broad range of matters. Her primary approach is to assist parties to settle their matters amicably, however in the event that Court proceedings are required, she is a very experienced litigator.

Ashleigh has worked predominantly in the area of family law since 2012, commencing her legal career as a paralegal and now working as a solicitor. She graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts with distinction (majoring in sociology). She completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through the Australian National University and was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in February 2016. Ashleigh is also on the High Court roll of practitioners.
During her studies Ashleigh worked for a family law firm assisting in all areas of family law. Prior to joining the Soden Legal team Ashleigh worked for a general practice firm where she not only practiced in family law but was also able to gain invaluable experience in wills, estates, probate, family provision, conveyancing and property matters.
Ashleigh is a hard working and dedicated team member that is committed to working closely with her clients to achieve a desired and cost effective solution to their legal problem, providing practical and competent advice along the way.
Ashleigh works closely with the principal solicitor and is able to assist in all areas of family law, including property, parenting, child support and spousal maintenance matters. She is appointed to the Legal Aid NSW Family Law panel and is therefore able to assist clients that are in receipt of or wishing to apply for a grant of legal aid.
Ashleigh is able to assist in conveyancing and property matters, guiding clients through the buying and selling process and ensuring they are kept up to date and informed at every stage. Ashleigh also practices in the area of wills, estate planning and probate or letters of administration matters.
